Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering with lean manufacturing focus.
• Proven track record of measurable efficiency, quality or cost improvements.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and process simulation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills, including remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, workflows and performance data to identify inefficiencies.
• Design, develop and implement lean solutions (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Develop process simulations to predict impact of changes.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site teams to implement improvements.
• Document SOPs and best practices for processes.
• Train and mentor local teams on new processes and CI techniques.
• Monitor effectiveness of improvements and adjust as needed.
• Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
