Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Manufacturing Process Analyst to contribute to optimizing their production operations from anywhere in the country. You will analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and develop insights to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. This fully remote role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with on-site teams to implement data-informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data from various sources to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and cost.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production-related issues and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Collaborate with on-site process engineers and production managers to implement recommended process changes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in manufacturing analytics.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and key performance metrics.
