Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Experience leading remote teams and collaborating with on-site personnel.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
