Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a fully remote, hourly contractor to review AI-generated content, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide expert feedback on responses and problem-solving steps. You will assess accuracy, clarity, and prompt adherence, and write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods.

You will apply senior-level Mandarin localization judgment alongside minimum C1 English proficiency to ensure terminology, tone, and cultural nuance are consistently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, or related field.
• Native or near-native Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency and strong sense of China locale conventions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading/writing).
• 5+ years of professional localization/translation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply MQM/LQA concepts to quality decisions.
• Proficiency with CAT tools and QA workflows and comfort with structured guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts across topics and responses to guide AI learning.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
