Overview

We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented AI Content Reviewer to evaluate AI‑generated content for quality, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring AI‑powered systems deliver reliable, safe, and effective outputs across various business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review & Evaluation
    • Assess AI-generated outputs against quality and performance standards.
    • Review AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
    • Identify factual inconsistencies, biases, and quality issues.
    • Evaluate content against established guidelines and policies.
    • Escalate concerns where necessary.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Maintain high standards across AI-generated content.
    • Conduct quality reviews and audits.
    • Ensure content complies with regulatory and organizational requirements.
    • Support the identification of harmful or inappropriate outputs.
    • Maintain documentation of review outcomes.
  • Feedback & Improvement
    • Support continuous AI model improvement.
    • Provide structured feedback to AI trainers and prompt engineers.
    • Identify recurring issues and trends.
    • Recommend improvements to prompts and training processes.
    • Support content optimization initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Provide insights into AI performance and content quality.
    • Track review metrics and quality trends.Prepare reports and recommendations.
    • Assist with root cause analysis activities.
    • Support performance benchmarking exercises.
  • Continuous Learning & Development
    • Contribute to organizational AI maturity.
    • Stay current with AI technologies and industry developments.
    • Participate in calibration and training sessions.
    • Assist with updating review guidelines.
    • Promote best practices across AI operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, English, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content review, quality assurance, moderation, compliance, or related roles.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to assess content objectively and consistently.
  • Experience following quality standards and review processes.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of content efficiently.

Job Details

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
