You will create natural, human-enacted conversations to train AI, evaluate responses for accuracy, and test models for biases, contributing to high-quality AI training data.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience.
• 1+ year of AI training experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows.
• Excellent spoken English (C1+) with fluent communication.
• Hands-on experience managing customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and escalations.
• Ability to adapt communication style based on customer needs and situation.
