This fully remote role lets you manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting from anywhere in South Africa while delivering insights to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA)) preferred.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling and accounting software proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed management accounts, variance analyses, and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts with department heads.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing financial systems and processes.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and investigations as required.
