You will standardize tenant configurations, ensure security alignment, and mentor Tier 1 staff. The role emphasizes automation, cross-functional guidance, and ongoing professional growth toward SME responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced administration of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune.
• Own complex Microsoft 365 escalations and coordinate resolution with vendors when required.
• Plan and execute migrations, onboarding, and tenant changes with documentation.
• Mentor Tier 1 staff and develop knowledge-transfer materials.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain security/compliance alignment.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Microsoft 365 Administration & Escalation across Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune.
• Plan and execute migrations, tenant changes, client onboarding, and standardization initiatives.
• Review tenant configurations for security, compliance and ETS standards.
• Create documentation, checklists, and scripts for operational procedures.
• Mentor Tier 1 personnel and support knowledge transfer.
• Develop and implement automation improvements with proper testing and governance.
