Job summary

Benchmark Automotive is seeking experienced Remote Truck Drivers for long‑haul operations. This remote‑first role focuses on managing logistics and coordination from a distance, ensuring timely and safe delivery across routes with advanced communication and tracking.

You will work independently, plan routes, monitor cargo, perform pre‑trip inspections, and maintain accurate logs. A clean driving record, PDP/Code 14, and proficiency with GPS/ELD are required.

Qualifications

• Valid PDP and Code 14 license required.
• Proven long-haul trucking experience with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate GPS and ELDs and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute long-haul truck routes efficiently and safely.
• Utilize GPS tracking systems to monitor location, performance and cargo status.
• Communicate with dispatch, clients, and stakeholders for real-time updates.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel, and deliveries.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
