Placements24 is seeking a Remote Logistics Operations Planner to design and optimize inbound and outbound logistics from a nationwide SA base. You will analyze demand, coordinate with carriers and 3PLs, and manage inventory flow across the distribution network while collaborating with procurement and sales teams.

You will use TMS/WMS and logistics software to monitor KPIs, address delays, and drive cost-effective transportation planning in a fully remote role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics planning, operations, or supply chain analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation proficiency.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a skilled and proactive Remote Logistics Operations Planner to join their distributed operations team. This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to contribute to strategic planning and execution from anywhere. You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing logistical plans to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers. This involves analyzing demand forecasts, coordinating with carriers, and managing the flow of inventory across our distribution network. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and a proven ability to manage complex logistical challenges. Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Experience with logistics planning software, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent understanding of transportation modes, carrier management, and supply chain dynamics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with remote teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
