Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end movement of goods from a fully remote setting. You will optimize routes, manage carrier relationships, and ensure deliveries meet schedules and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has solid logistics experience, proficiency with logistics software and MS Excel, and excellent communication for remote collaboration. A bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with transportation providers, negotiating rates and service level agreements.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to monitor inventory levels, shipment progress, and delivery performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers regarding shipment status and potential disruptions.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
