Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Logistics Analyst to join their growing team. In this fully remote role, you will analyze logistics data, identify inefficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve supply chain performance nationwide.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, forecast costs, and implement process improvements using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics analysis or supply chain management.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and inventory to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop performance dashboards and reports to track key logistics metrics and KPIs.
• Model and forecast logistics costs and resource needs to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Research and evaluate new logistics technologies and strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
