Qualifications

• Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in litigation paralegal work.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and case management software.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Organise and manage case files, including discovery documents and exhibits.
• Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests under attorney supervision.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as directed.
• E-filing court documents and maintaining court dockets.
