Job summary

Placements24 seeks a meticulous Leisure Facilities Coordinator to manage operational aspects of multiple recreational spaces and programs entirely remotely. You will oversee scheduling, resource allocation, vendor liaison, and customer support to ensure smooth, high-quality experiences for users.

You will be the central point of contact for facility users and internal stakeholders, develop procedures, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines while using digital tools to communicate and track

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility management, event coordination, or operations management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and booking of all leisure facilities, ensuring optimal utilization and availability.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, coordinating procurement and maintenance as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution via digital channels.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines for facility usage and safety protocols.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Process payments and manage financial records related to facility rentals and program fees.
