Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Legal Operations Specialist to build and optimize a fully distributed legal tech stack. You will streamline workflows, manage vendors, and enable efficient service delivery across time zones, including Soweto and Gauteng clients.

You will implement and integrate case management, e-discovery, and document automation solutions while training lawyers and staff on new systems. A proactive, data-driven mindset is essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in legal operations or law firm administration.
Experience with legal technology tools and platforms.
Understanding of legal workflows and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Excellent remote collaboration and communication in distributed teams.
Proactive mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Implement, manage, and optimize legal technology platforms.
