Placements24 is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to spearhead creative direction in a fully remote role. You will mentor a team of designers, develop visual identity systems, and deliver high-impact graphics across digital and print media for diverse projects.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of leadership experience, a stellar portfolio, and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong branding and presentation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related creative field.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with leadership exposure.
• A strong portfolio showing diverse design work and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong branding, typography, layout and color theory knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design process from concept to completion while upholding brand standards.
• Develop and maintain visual identity systems including logos, colors, typography, and guidelines.
• Create compelling designs for print, digital, websites, social media and collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to translate ideas into visuals.
• Mentor and manage a team of designers providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee production and ensure timely, high-quality assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, software, and technologies and advocate adoption.
• Present concepts and strategies to stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation.
