Placements24 is seeking a Lead Virtual Wellness Coach to oversee a global team of coaches and shape comprehensive wellness programs. You will drive client engagement, ensure high-quality virtual coaching, and collaborate with product/tech teams to continuously improve the platform.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 7+ years in wellness coaching, with leadership experience. Remote-first environment with international client base and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in Health Coaching, Psychology, Nutrition, Kinesiology or related field.
• ICF ACC/PCC/MCC certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of wellness coaching experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering virtual wellness programs.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
• Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and behavior change theories.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM systems, and wellness platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
