Placements24 is seeking a Senior Holistic Wellness Coach to join a fully remote team, delivering personalized wellness strategies across nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness from your home office.

You will conduct initial assessments, develop customized plans, coach clients via video, monitor progress, educate on evidence-based practices, and collaborate with other wellness professionals to ensure integrated care and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wellness coaching or related field experience.
• Proven track record of guiding clients to health goals.
• Certification from a recognized coaching body (ICF/NBCC).

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial client assessments to understand their health goals, lifestyle, and challenges.
• Develop customized, holistic wellness plans encompassing nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions via video conferencing, offering guidance, support, and accountability.
• Educate clients on evidence-based wellness practices and empower them to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust wellness plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the organization to ensure integrated client care.
• Contribute to the development of new coaching programs and resources for our digital platform.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness coaching, health psychology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully coaching clients towards achieving significant health and wellness goals.
• Certification from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF, NBCC).
• In-depth knowledge of nutrition, fitness, mental health, and stress reduction techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, essential for remote client engagement.
• Proficiency with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Health Sciences, or Nutrition is highly desirable.
