Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Wellness Coach or Holistic Health Practitioner.

• Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness principles, stress management and mindfulness.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening and empathetic coaching skills.
• Proficiency with online meeting platforms and digital communication tools for remote client interaction.
