Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to drive the user experience strategy for its digital products in a fully remote team. The role requires mentoring a growing design group, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and championing user-centered design across the organization.

You will lead end-to-end design efforts, develop personas and information architecture, and ensure consistency with design systems while staying ahead of UX/UI trends in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/UI design with at least 3 years in lead or senior roles.
• Proficient in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for all digital products from research to high-fidelity UI.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and information architecture guides.
• Create intuitive interfaces aligned with brand and business goals.
• Conduct usability studies and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure design integration.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Present concepts and research findings to stakeholders at all levels.
