You will lead architecture decisions, set standards, and collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into robust DeFi/DAO-ready contracts and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background leading smart contract projects.

• Experience with security auditing and testing.
• Ability to mentor developers in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex smart contracts on multiple blockchain platforms.
• Set technical standards and best practices for smart contract development, security, and auditing.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level smart contract developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into secure and efficient smart contract logic.
