• Strong understanding of blockchain security principles, common vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
• Experience with smart contract development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle) and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a remote setting.
