Requires 7+ years in software engineering, leadership experience, and strong API design knowledge (REST, gRPC) with cloud and container technologies like AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering focusing on designing and building microservices.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Deep understanding of microservices patterns, distributed systems, and API design (REST, gRPC).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java/Go/Python/Node.js) and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of new microservices and evolve existing ones for scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop high-quality code using Java/Spring Boot, Go, or Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
• Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring solutions.
