• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Extensive experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or C++, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team in a remote setting.
