Placements24 is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives in a remote-first setup. You will lead distributed teams, manage full project lifecycles, and engage with stakeholders globally to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and finalize strategic projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, manage expectations and alignment.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and across departments.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel for project support.
• Conduct post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify areas of improvement.
