Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in chemical process design, scale-up, and optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and advanced data analysis.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving technical solutions remotely.
• Excellent understanding of process safety, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex chemical processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Perform advanced process simulations and modeling to optimize existing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including PFDs and P&IDs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers remotely.
