8+ years in ops and a strong leadership track record are required. The role requires setting up scalable operations, budgeting, and delivering KPIs while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in operations management with leadership.
• Proven track record in optimizing operational processes and managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operations management software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations specialists and support staff.
• Oversee daily operational activities, including process management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
