Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Pr.Eng. registration with ECSA or equivalent.
• ≥10 years of progressive geotechnical experience with leadership.
• Experience with advanced geotechnical modeling software.
• Proven project experience on large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations, site tests, and data analysis.
• Develop detailed geotechnical designs for foundations and earthworks.
• Perform advanced analyses using specialized software.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and technical memorandums.
• Mentor remote geotechnical engineers and technicians.
• Support project teams and clients with expert advice.
• Ensure designs meet standards and best practices.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct peer reviews of designs and reports.
