Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer for a fully remote role. You will spearhead development efforts, mentor a team of developers, and shape the technical direction of scalable web applications across front-end and back-end stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior architect role.
• Expertise across multiple front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and APIs.
• Strong understanding of database design, SQL and NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Oversee both front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java) development initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
