About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. You will lead a team of frontend developers, mentor them, and drive technical excellence across all frontend projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend architectures using modern web technologies.
• Develop reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and interactive code.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and product managers to define and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt.
• Champion technical innovation and explore new technologies to improve the development process and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• In-depth experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of state management, build tools (Webpack, Babel), and testing frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
