Ideal candidates have 7+ years in frontend development, 3+ years in leadership, and deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years frontend software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and frontend build tools.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
