Qualifications

• Proven experience leading frontend teams.

• Strong understanding of state management, build tools (Webpack, Vite), and frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Demonstrated experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a remote team.
