Placements24 seeks a Lead Digital Transformation Architect to design and implement enterprise-wide digital strategies from a remote SA base. You will guide a team of architects and engineers to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end roadmaps, microservices, data platforms, APIs, and ensuring security and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to realize ambitious digital goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ in lead roles.
• Proven large-scale digital transformation experience.
• Deep cloud, microservices, containers, and CI/CD expertise.
• Strong data architecture and ML principles understanding.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Architect scalable, secure cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Lead enterprise systems, microservices, APIs, data platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
• Mentor architects and engineers, promote best practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and architectural standards.
• Drive innovation and evaluate third-party software and platforms.
