Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive Digital Strategy & Innovation for a remote-first practice. You will guide clients in developing forward-thinking digital strategies and fostering innovation across global engagements.

You will lead remote teams, mentor junior consultants, develop business cases, and advise on emerging technologies like AI, IoT, cloud and data analytics. This role offers autonomy and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Masters-level degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum 8 years in digital strategy, innovation consulting, or technology leadership.
Proven track record delivering digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
Deep understanding of digital trends (AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics, Blockchain).
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of digital strategy roadmaps for clients.
Assess digital maturity and identify transformation opportunities.
Advise senior leadership on emerging digital technologies and their implications.
Facilitate virtual workshops to co-create digital solutions and foster innovation culture.
Manage remote project teams and client engagements.
Develop business cases and implementation plans for digital transformations.
Guide adoption of new digital platforms and methodologies.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership.
