Placements24 is seeking a remote Lead Cybersecurity Analyst to join a leading cybersecurity firm. You will lead a team of analysts, oversee security operations, and develop threat mitigation strategies to protect critical digital assets.

This entirely remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to work from home while collaborating with clients to strengthen security postures, conduct investigations, and document security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis and operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing a technical team.
• In-depth knowledge of network security, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts in daily operations and threat response.
• Develop and implement advanced threat detection and incident response strategies.
• Monitor security systems and networks for potential breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct in-depth forensic investigations of security incidents.
• Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
