Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Sanitation Management with remote oversight experience.

About the Role

As a fully remote position, you will leverage digital tools and virtual communication to conduct audits, develop policies, train teams, and monitor compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, sanitation best practices, and has a proven ability to manage these aspects remotely. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive policies and procedures.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual audits, project management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Environmental Health, Quality Management) or equivalent professional experience.
