Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex blockchain solutions at an architectural level.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain technologies, consensus algorithms, cryptography, and smart contract development.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a remote setting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
