Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer for a fully remote role. You will architect, develop, and deploy advanced blockchain solutions while guiding a distributed team and shaping the technical roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software with 4+ years in blockchain, strong skills in Solidity and Rust, and a proven ability to build secure, scalable dApps. Join a remote-first team delivering high-impact projects.

Qualifications

6+ years of software development with 4+ years in blockchain.
Experience leading development teams and managing complex projects.
Proficiency in Solidity or Rust for smart contracts.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cryptography.
Experience with web3 libraries and development tools (e.g., Ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote-work collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of complex blockchain solutions and dApps.
