Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in chemical/biochemical engineering.
• 7+ years in biopharmaceutical process development.
• Experience with upstream and downstream processing and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up and technology transfer from lab to pilot and commercial scales.
• Develop and optimize fermentation and cell culture processes for yield and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex bioprocessing issues.
