Placements24 is seeking a Lead Automotive UX/UI Designer to shape the future of in-car digital experiences. This fully remote role lets you lead design strategy for infotainment and driver assistance interfaces, collaborating with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver intuitive, aesthetically pleasing experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.a0Master's preferred.
- Significant professional UX/UI experience in automotive or complex digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership for remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for automotive digital interfaces from concept to high-fidelity visuals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible implementation.
- Mentor junior designers in a distributed team.
