Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong digital portfolio.
• Experience designing for complex systems, preferably in automotive or embedded software.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.
• Strong user-centered design, interaction and visual design knowledge.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for automotive infotainment systems, dashboards, and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user needs and insights.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation of UI elements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design style guides and component libraries for consistency across all products.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the automotive sector.
• Present design solutions and rationale clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
• Proven experience designing for complex systems, ideally within the automotive or embedded software industry.
