Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong digital portfolio.
• Experience designing for complex systems, preferably in automotive or embedded software.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.
• Strong user-centered design, interaction and visual design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for automotive infotainment systems, dashboards and mobile apps.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure feasible and accurate implementation.
• Create and maintain design style guides and component libraries for consistency.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends in the automotive sector.
• Present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
