Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive architectural experience.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects.
• Strong design leadership and communication skills.
• Extensive experience with BIM software and IPD methodologies.
• Superior client management and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert architectural guidance, mentorship, and quality control to teams.
• Engage directly with clients to understand vision and present design solutions.
• Oversee design documentation to align with objectives and standards.
• Contribute to business development and represent the firm at industry events.
