Job summary

Fluor is seeking a highly experienced Lead Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to lead remote engineering operations. You will develop maintenance plans, guide remote teams, and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics challenges while ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards.

Requires a Bachelor's in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in aircraft maintenance, and 3+ years in leadership. AME license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive aircraft maintenance plans and schedules per regulatory and manufacturer guidance.
• Provide expert technical guidance to remote maintenance teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to aviation safety regulations and company policies.
