The ideal candidate holds a PhD in CS/AI/ML, 8+ years of AI/ML work with strong RL, and a proven publication record. Expect high autonomy, collaboration with product teams, and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field with strong RL focus.
• 8+ years of AI/ML research experience with emphasis on Reinforcement Learning.
• Track record of publications in top AI conferences and journals.
• Deep understanding of RL algorithms and theory.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (TF/PyTorch).
• Experience with RL libraries (RLlib, Stable Baselines).
• Strong leadership, communication, and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pioneering RL research, develop novel RL algorithms and models.
• Lead and mentor a team of researchers and engineers.
• Publish findings in top AI conferences and journals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into applications.
• Define RL roadmaps and strategic directions for RL initiatives.
• Evaluate performance and scalability of RL methods.
