Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling, and reporting).
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Exposure to CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability trends.
• Analyze product, customer, and territory performance; provide insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and KPI reports.
• Maintain CRM data quality and governance; generate customer and pipeline analytics.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports; consolidate data from CRM, service, and financial systems.
