Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, is seeking a Technical Customer & Applications Support Supervisor to lead two departments in Samrand, Gauteng. This on-site role focuses on customer satisfaction, ISO compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will supervise Application Specialists and Customer Technical Support Specialists, drive KPIs, manage major customer-facing projects, and coordinate with global support to ensure swift problem resolution and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer/technical support leadership is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO processes and quality systems is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Command Center Support Specialist and Application Specialist staff to meet customer needs promptly.
• Oversees Command Center facilities to ensure ISO compliance.
• Ensures training and ISO processes stay current and compliant for Command Center staff.
• Resolves customer problems and issues.
• Drives department KPIs and aligns goals with business objectives.
• Leads major customer-facing projects and instrument rollouts with timelines.
• Facilitates internal and external stakeholder meetings for communication and success.
• Manages local escalation, acting as a main contact between customers and global support for swift resolution.
