Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Technical Customer & Applications Support Supervisor in Samrand, Gauteng. You will manage two departments, oversee ISO compliance, and drive cross-functional projects, including large instrument rollouts. The role is on-site with 30% travel.

Requirements include a relevant Bachelor's degree (biomedical or engineering) and experience in training and customer technical support. South African citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science / Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Microbiology.
• Engineering degree in relevant fields is considered an asset.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a diagnostics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two departments (Application Specialists and Customer Technical Support).
• Drive KPIs and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate training, ISO compliance and DBS process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver technical presentations to stakeholders and support customer success.
