Qualifications

• Support the Supervisor to identify legislative risks and improve compliance awareness.
• Assist in devising strategies to manage regulatory risk environment.
• Monitor compliance with legislation, industry developments and internal procedures.
• Guide clients on non-compliance with applicable legislation and industry developments.
• Develop and maintain compliance documents, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare applicable reports and maintain records.
• Remain current on legislation and industry updates to support client work.
• Communicate with clients and industry stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
• Respond to client queries in a timely manner.
• Assist in sourcing and maintaining prescribed client panel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor to identify legislative risks and improve compliance awareness.

• Monitor and report on compliance with laws and internal procedures.
• Advise clients on regulatory requirements and changes in legislation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance documents and policies.

• Research applicable legislation and industry developments for guidance.
• Engage with clients and industry role players to gather information.
• Respond to client queries with timely and accurate information.
• Contribute to building a panel of prescribed clients.
