Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Foundational understanding of chemical engineering principles.
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Minitab) is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of laboratory experiments and pilot studies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data using statistical methods.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting R&D projects and process development challenges.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute to literature reviews and stay updated on emerging chemical technologies.
